About London School of Accountancy (Est. 1997)
We are an award-winning, well respected financial training provider celebrating our 27th anniversary this year.
London School of Accountancy is the training arm of Grover & Co. Chartered Accountants (Est. 1992) and was set up specifically to provide hands-on training to finance professionals. During our 26+ year history, our mission has been to provide a personal and professional service to ALL our clients; we have trained up 1,000s of individuals, business owners, staff and clients of accountancy practices.
We are proud to be “old school” and still believe in providing tutor-led training in a classroom environment. Although, we also provide training remoteley – sometimes to clients all over the world – it is accepted that student engagement is fundamental to aid understanding of the concepts being taught and therefore interactive, in-person training is more conducive to this.
We are based near Ealing, west London, United Kingdom but over the years, we have provided our training services to local and international clients. We have a dedicated Xero training facility fully equipped with 14 PCs, trainer PC, projector, etc. We also have facilities to deliver our training remotely via special screen-sharing software.
Award-Winning Training Providers
We have been awarded the Top UK Centre award by the IAB (Institute of Accountants & Bookkeepers) for the IAB Level 3 Diploma in Computerised Bookkeeping.
Our top student has scored over 95% in the Level 3 Diploma and achieved a “Distinction with Commendation” certificate from the IAB.
Global Provision
We are able to provide our expert training courses to a global clientele using screen-sharing software. We are also able to deliver in-person training to overseas employers, accountancy practices and training providers by special arrangement.
Our Approved Training Status
ICAEW Authorised Training Employer
In March this year, Grover & Co. Chartered Accountants achieved Authorised Training Employer status from ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales).
We are therefore authorised to train up the next generation of ICAEW Chartered Accountants. In due course, we hope to issue training contracts to suitably qualified individuals.Our Senior Digital Accounting Trainer
Raj Grover – Xero MahaGuru
Raj is the lead trainer on the Fast-Track 4 day Digital Accounting Diploma Programme. Over the years, he has taught digital accounting programmes to MSc students, fellow chartered accountants, business owners and private individuals.
Raj is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of accounting, taxation and financial training experience. Having trained and qualified with BDO, the international firm of chartered accountants, Raj set up his own accountancy practice in 1992 and a dedicated financial training company in 1997.Xero Training Experience
Raj achieved his Xero Certified Advisor accreditation in August 2017 at Xero’s UK Head Office in Milton Keynes.
Since then, he has assisted 100’s of businesses to migrate from Sage and QuickBooks software to Xero and has trained up 1,000’s of individuals, employees and business owners in Xero Accounts and Xero Payroll.Expertise
